It all started in 2009 with a maintenance order for the bodyshell. Winfried Jäschke, Head of Global Service: "Although there was only one project at the beginning, we started with 40 colleagues. We saw great potential in the region and our expectations were not disappointed. Within just a few years, the Kaluga site has developed from a service provider for a maintenance project into a Service Center, which is able to offer the whole service product portfolio from System Engineering."

Today, 72 employees are involved in projects for Powertrain and Car Body production and support of larger projects delivered from Germany. The location serves several international automobile manufacturers and their Russian joint ventures. Another milestone was reached at the beginning of 2019: For a major project, an additional assembly hall was set up.

Every employee can be proud of the development of our site. We have achieved a lot in the last ten years. Motivated people deliver top performance day after day. With this attitude, we are also prepared for the challenges of the future.
