Maintenance for us means ensuring productivity throughout the entire product life cycle. We support our customers in maintaining and improving the availability and quality of production by creating individual maintenance concepts.


The term maintenance to us means – inspections, servicing and troubleshooting, as well as system improvements, relating to both system mechanics and electrics. We distinguish between three types of maintenance levels – customer service consulting, scheduled service and on-site service.

Accordingly, thyssenkrupp System Engineering offers different service contracts which can be combined with a guarantee extension, if required.

Customer service consulting includes assistance via a hotline and consultation on site, assisted by the planning resources at the service locations.

Scheduled service includes inspections at the customer site and preventative maintenance.

The product area of on-site service is split into two options - on-site service by our service center personnel, and the full-service package. In our role as partner, we are integrated in the maintenance processes of our customers, and are on site with full responsibility for the agreed maintenance scope.
